Filmed in 16 mm, this 1992 film shows the last and lonely years of life of a renowned Brazilian dramatic teacher and poet. The film includes many fragments of paints-including Renoir, Celeste Bentley, Di Cavalcanti; fragments of Rilke´s poetry and Mariajosé de Carvalho, and music of Eduardo Souto. The atmosphere can evocate a Vermeer´s one or a F.W.Murnau´s films one.
